postage & handling

Here are our postage and handling options: 

  • Within Australia -  $6 flat delivery fee for orders under $50.  Free delivery for orders $50* and over. We use Couriers Please courier service for metro regions and Australia Post for regional regions. Orders are dispatched within 24hours and depending on location are deliverd within 1-5 days.  Orders to WA and TAS may take up to 7 days. *Please note that from time to time, some special offers or gift sets may not qualify for free shipping when purchased on their own. This will be highlighted on the product page. 
  • International locations (excluding UK) - Up to 1kg - $10.00, 1kg –2kg - $15.00.  Free shipping for orders over $50.

Whoops, made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing? No worries, we’ll happily exchange your item for the correct one we just have a few conditions:

Returning items and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you return the product via a tracked postal or courier service.   Customers assume the responsibility of any lost, theft or damaged goods during transit is the therefore we advise you insure your parcel. 

Returned items must be unopened and in the same sparkling condition they came to you in. 

Exchange and returns are only appliable on full price products, not sale items or gift sets.

The standard shipping fee for delivering the replacement item will be invoiced to the customer payable prior to dispatch. 

To return an item:

  • Step 1: To process a return promptly, please send us an email with your order number and details of the incorrect order.
  • Step 2: Send the incorrect item back to us, packaged in its original protective shipping wrapping (or something similar), along with a copy of your invoice or the email you sent us in Step 1.
  • Step 3: We'll email you to let you know we've received it and to organise payment for shipping your replacement items.
  • Step 4: Items will be dispatch and tracking details email to you.

how can i check my order?

if you have registered and made your purchase when you were logged in click here to go to my profile to get all the details. if not, you should have received an email from us with all the relevant details about your order followed by a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

can i change or cancel my order?

we are super speedy at getting orders out so if you want to change your order, please email with your order details as soon as possible, and we will try and grab the postie.

absolutely not! we love our feathered, furry and finned friends. we never test on animals. just sisters! we don’t use any animal by products either.

do neek skin organics products contain palm oil?


does neek skin organics contain petrochemicals?

definitely not! neek skin organics contain no petroleum or mineral oils. no parabens, silicones, lead, phthalates or synthetic fragrance. we also avoid common natural ingredients that tend to cause reactions in many like lavender oil.

what are the expiry dates for neek skin organics products?
